The master galleys, a duplicate galley for indexing, cut dummies, and legends, as well as your manuscript for your "Introduction" and the chapter, "High-Pressure Techniques" to appear in Chemical Experimentation Under Extreme Conditions, were sent to you by the publishers on March 23, with the request that they be proofread (and indexed) and sent to me within a week. I am concerned that they haven't yet reached me and wonder if you would send them just as soon as possible. Since your chapters are the first two of the book, they need to be returned first to the compositor.
Now that the manuscripts are typeset at last, I know you join myself and the other authors in being anxious to see the book published. Anything you can do to expedite your chapters will be appreciated.
